    Submit Your Complete Application

    Upload required documents including passport, degrees, credential evaluation (prioritized), employment verification, two reference letters, and CV. Applications must be complete for review.

    Application Review and Initial Interview

    School District Matching and Interviews
    (2-6 Months)

    Access our teacher portal to view openings, watch your video introduction, and schedule live Zoom interviews with interested school districts across the U.S.

  • Step 4

    Job Offer and Visa Sponsorship
    (1-3 Months Before Start Date)

    Accept your teaching position, receive DS-2019 sponsorship documents, complete state certification requirements, and apply for your J-1 visa at the U.S. Consulate.

  • Step 5

    Pre-Departure Training and Arrival
    (July - August)

    Complete orientation, get relocation support, and arrive before school starts. We help with housing resources, banking, and settling in.
