1. Agreement to Terms

This Terms of Service (also “Terms”, “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”) and TPG Cultural Exchange (“Company”), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.tpgculturalexchange.com (the “Site”) and any services offered via the Site (the “Services”). By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Invalid provisions are severed; remaining Terms remain in force. 13. Entire Agreement Any claim relating to Company’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Company does not consider the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 and over), disability, genetic information (including family medical history), or military service in any of its dealings with or decisions regarding the placement of foreign nationals, including its decisions whether to recommend prospective foreign nationals for employment, pursuant to federal law.
