We Handle the Details, You Focus on Education

As a U.S. Department of State-designated sponsor, we manage all J-1 visa requirements, legal compliance, and documentation so you never worry about immigration complexities.

TPG matches you with the right candidates for your unique profile. Every educator holds the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's in Education with 2+ years of K-12 experience and English fluency.

Review resumes, watch video introductions, and schedule live interviews—all through our platform. Filter candidates by subject area, experience, and your specific needs.

We provide professional development, relocation coordination, and 24/7 support throughout each teacher's stay, reducing your administrative burden and ensuring program success.

Teachers engage in required cross-cultural activities connecting U.S. students with international peers, enhancing global awareness and fulfilling educational enrichment goals.

Teachers pay zero sponsorship fees. Schools pay a sponsorship fee, as well as standard salary and benefits—the same as similarly-situated American educators. No hidden costs or recruitment charges.

Dr. Debra Hudson
Principal, Polk County, FL

It's really a great experience for the students of both countries to make new friends as well as to share their experiences with each other. As a teacher, I am very proud of becoming a facilitator for young minds to explore.

Sridhar Koneru
TPG Teacher, Greenville, SC

First of all, my Indian students felt so excited to receive a letter/email from an American. Secondly, I learned that exploring different educational systems is an advantage to any teacher, since a teacher can bring out best strategies of what they learned from different sources.
